This morning we will visit the Hawa Mahal,
Jantar mantar and City Palace Hawa Mahal The ornamental façade of
this “Palace of Winds” is a prominent Landmark in Jaipur, its
five-story structure of sandstone plastered pink encrusted with fine
trellis work and elaborate balconies. The palace has 953 niches and
windows. Built in 1799 by Pratap Singh the Mahal was a royal
grandstand for the palace women. Later visit the City Palace and the
observatory. Drive past the busy shopping area. Rest of the day
free. Overnight at Hotel.
After Breakfast at hotel drive to
Pushkar. The day free to explore the Pushkar fair. The Pushkar fair,
a major tourist attraction draws people from all over the globe to
the ancient and secluded environs of Pushkar town. Devotees throng
to its Ghats to bathe and cleanse their sins in the sacred Pushkar
Lake to attain a place in heaven. We will stay two nights at the

The fair
attracts a great number of tourists from far and wide. The fair
grounds reverberate with festivity, as rows of make shift stalls
display a bewildering array items. Body tattooing is yet another
favorite activity. The profusion of colors that run riot in the
desert sand, the glee and the contagious enthusiasm of the village
folk are a unique experience for every visitor. The village is
arranged in blocks of tents, each with its own identity, named after
